25集电视剧《窦天宝传奇》于2010年10月11日在天津卫视播出。该剧由郭德纲自编自导自演，讲述了20世纪三十年代相声艺人的传奇故事。已经离开德云社的李菁也在剧中出演一个角色。《窦天宝传奇》原名《相声传奇》，全面展示了旧社会江湖艺人的喜怒哀乐，也展现出艺人们台前幕后的点点滴滴。剧中涉及相声、鼓曲、戏曲、评书、魔术、杂耍、摔跤等各个艺术门类，郭德纲出演的窦天宝，本是军阀的儿子，无奈家道破落。之后他苦学评戏、河北梆子、京剧、鼓曲，最终从艺相声，历经坎坷后终成为观众喜爱的“小万人迷”。这个人物很有女人缘，经常会惹出绯闻，但由于他善良聪明、热情似火，江湖上朋友众多，使身处逆境的他都能化险为夷。 于谦在剧中扮演京城一霸梁大元，为人亦正亦邪，但酷爱相声、曲艺，是窦天宝儿时的玩伴。由于家庭的变故导致二人明争暗斗，梁大元欣赏窦天宝的艺术，总想控制窦天宝。而老演员李丁此次在《窦天宝传奇》中出演了窦天宝的师傅一角，在窦天宝被天津相声同行欺压的时候，力排众议收其为徒。[
