本作品是继《有村架纯的摄影休》、《竹内凉真的摄影休》之后的《摄影休》系列的第3弹。神木隆之介主演的是本人角色，电视剧和电影的拍摄期间突然到来的休息日，也就是说如何度过所谓的摄影休息日，将在集锦上进行描绘。
