《THE LIMIT》，在有限的空间、有限的时间等种种限制的情况下展开的究极1个场景的电视剧。悬疑、喜剧、爱情故事等多种类型的故事，将以1话完结的半径3米的短篇形式展开。
本片讲述东堤村依山傍水，中国一个典型的小村落。新中国成立后的第一任村党支部书记是复员军人石大夯，村长则是他儿时的好伙伴韩天寿。
