2020年3月，《人间世》纪录片团队再度出发。这一次，我们依然和一线医护在一起，和重症患者在一起；和医学专家在一起，也和老人与孩子在一起。我们记录下故事，也记录下残章；记录生的欢畅，也记录死亡。历时两个多月，我们拍摄了逾三万分钟的素材，剪辑成四集160分钟纪录片。
