在一次开车的过程中，东健和别的车相撞，在生命弥留之际，东健对梦中所见的恶魔求情，希望让他放过自己，让其完成未完成的事业和感情。再次睁开眼，东健奇迹的存活，再次诊病的他遇到了前来看病的人——居然就是事故的另一方邰风（林峰 饰）。最令人惊讶的是，邰风的各项生理特征表明他已死去，原来他和恶魔签订了契约，成为了死亡代理人，前来找东健复仇……
