故事讲述了，一件发生在的日本海上自卫队装配有宙斯盾系统的战舰上的故事，小兰由于被卷入其中，柯南不得不为了青梅竹马再次出马。 去年国内会在9月底10月初上映剧场版的第十六弹「第十一个前锋」，但恰逢中日钓鱼岛争端，于是这次放映基本黄了，而这次剧场版干脆连自卫队都有了，估计来年引进的希望也不大了。
