In 1997, the International Colorectal Cancer Working Group (IWGCRC) recommended MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for colorectal cancer patients in all European and American hospitals, and strictly stipulated the composition of MDT. Since then, MDT model has gradually been promoted and perfected in Germany, France, Italy, the United States and other countries where medical centers are relatively large. In 2000, the Commonwealth Government emphasized the importance of MDT in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients in the National Cancer Plan, pointing out that the close cooperation of MDT members can increase the survival rate of patients. 人类的记忆很多但是高兴的记忆堆在山上，不愉快的记忆则是放在谷底，而正是在这山谷起伏之间一个人才能够得以存在。
