作为纪实电视剧的《筋肉人THE LOSTLEGEND》的舞台,是由《筋肉人》的真人版电影《MUSICLEMAN》企划制作的世界。出演本人一角的真荣田将饰演《MUSICLEMAN》中的沃兹曼一角。实际上在《MUSICLEMAN》中有隐藏的过去,真荣田和共演者一起开始调查关于真人化的不可思议现象。
