《默食女子》讲述的是岛崎饰演的中西千佳、宇垣饰演的泷田凛、绀野饰演的须藤由纪这一喜欢乌冬的女子为了追求一杯幸福而围绕名店展开的“美食剧”。除了东京都内及近郊实际存在的6家名店之外，每回都会有特别嘉宾登场。每集播出后，将公开享受同一店铺的其他菜单的番外。
