本作讲述了平凡外表的男高中生真玉桥孝一，是个具有HiERo粒子的持有者，而为了维护世界和平的神秘组织“ 美容室王子”正急需具有该因子的人类。于是组织成员之一的楚南恭子找到了他，可事后发现只有当男主角对自己做出猥亵动作时，才能释放 出HiERo粒子……
故事发生在华莱士大学校园中，核心是一个虚构的Kappa女生联谊会。本剧从1995年的一段回忆情节开始，那一年联谊会发生了一些可怕的事情，但问题从未解决。20年之后，有人打算报仇。观众将在第一集中看到所有重要角色，然后一场血腥屠杀开始了，这些角色一个一个死去。
本作品是一部描写了认真、有点强势的班级委员长女高中生沉迷于“大碗饭”的校园美食爱情喜剧。以吃了班级的问题儿童·吉田做的亲子盖饭为契机，委员长的脑子里装满了至今为止都不知道的“盖饭”。原作共四卷由双叶社出版。
